More than accomodating for booking, fitting  ( had some complications on my end reschedualing the fitting time several times) Noel was flexible and very aproachable, managing the the apointment with good grace and fairness. Absolutely brilliant service from South Staffordshire Roof Box Hire. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Noel, who runs the business, was a genuinely great guy from start to finish. Really friendly, helpful and went out of his way to make everything easy for me. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and the whole process of hiring the roof box was simple and stress-free. The roof box itself was spot on and exactly what we needed. It’s great dealing with a local business where you actually feel looked after rather than just being another customer. Fitting and removal dates/times were communicated well; and address easy to find with Satnav. Noel is a very friendly and professional man, and explained clearly how to easily use the roof box.
